You do many inspections of various types of equipment for a particular customer. This customer keeps losing the inspections and calling you to send it again. Your customer needs PDF_Keeper (Keeper). Keeper is installed on the customer’s PC. All the customer does is open Keeper and all the inspections you’ve done for them are on the screen, even the one you finished just an hour ago. With the use of a shared folder in DropBox ®, you place the completed inspection in PDF format into the DropBox folder on your PC.
