Inspect It

OK, something needs to be inspected and this something has a checklist of detailed items that you’ll inspect one item a time.

You’re in luck.

You have Inspect_It. Take your laptop or tablet and head to the jobsite. It’s OK if you don’t have internet access. Inspect_It is fully functional without being connected to the internet. You’ll connect to the internet later to send your inspection reports via email if you like.

Today you’re inspecting a crane. Tomorrow it may be a house. The next day you’ll be inspecting a fork lift.

The list of checklists can go into the hundreds. Take pictures of the deficiencies and include these pictures, with comments, in the report given to the customer. Have you inspected this before? Includes an “Auto N/A” feature that will automatically N/A components that don’t apply to a particular inspection. You control what “Auto N/A” does.
Take pictures of deficiencies and general condition of equipment. These pictures become part of the inspection and are printed as part of the inspection report.
Everything typed by the inspector is spell checked (at least one office product ,i.e. WORD, must be installed for spell checking to work).
Supports Topaz Signature pads or touch enabled Tablets/PCs running Windows 8, or 10. Signatures are captured, stored and printed on all reports.
